Matrot out of market deal

MATROT has terminated its arrangement with Hydro Chafer for the marketing of the Matrot 44D self-propelled sprayer and entered into a distribution agreement with Profarma of Soham, Cambs.

"With the agreement, Profarma is now able to meet the demand for a sprayer of 36m and above from larger arable enterprises looking to increase output and efficiency though wider tramline widths," explains the companys Hectare Sprayer Scheme manager, Peter Ingram.

Under Profarmas Hectare Sprayer hire purchase plan, farmers buy a new sprayer over three or five years, and three years for a used machine.

A full service, emergency call-out and AEA sprayer test is also included in the scheme.

as is agronomy advice and data from Profarmas spray trials work.
