MONTHLY milk production slipped below profile for the sixth time this milk year in November, according to latest figures released by the Intervention Board.
Producers delivered 1.02 billion butterfat-adjusted litres to processors during the month, nearly 44m litres, or 4%, below profile.
The cumulative total now stands at 9.1bn butterfat-adjusted litres, 287m litres, or 3%, under profile.
This is the equivalent of about one weeks supply.
