Millions link to fight rural crisis
NINE organisations representing four million people have teamed up in a bid to fight the rural crisis and widen the debate over the future of Britains countryside.
The Rural Futures coalition includes the Soil Association, the Small and Family Farms Alliance, and the National Federation of Young Farmers Clubs.
According the Daily Telegraph, one of the main issues under discussion will be the future of agriculture within the rural economy.
The group is asking for contributions to be sent to its website. Conclusions from the information it receives will be passed onto the government.
