UP TO 14% of cereal farmers have expressed an interest in converting to organic production methods, claims the Royal Agricultural Society of England (RASE).
A RASE survey coincides with a report from accountants Deloitte & Touche Agriculture that organic producers can earn an extra £135/tonne from wheat.
