National parks plan for Scotland
LOCH LOMOND and the Cairngorm mountains should become Scotlands first national parks, the Governments nature advisers are recommending.
The Scottish Landowners Federation said it was “encouraging” that landowners had been recognised as part of the management process.
A final decision on their establishment will be left to the Scottish parliament.
