is the aim of our new

campaign designed to

persuade the MoD to buy

more British meat and other

foods. Lets put more British

meat on the plates of our

fighting men and women.

New statement clarifies role

"Under the terms of our contract with the MoD we are obliged always to seek the best value for money, while giving full consideration to British products. We value greatly our relationship with the agricultural company and work tirelessly to source economically viable British products wherever possible.

We are working closely with the MoD, MAFF, farmers representatives and the Meat and Livestock Commission to increase the proportion of British meat purchased."
