NI peace grants

FARMERS in those parts of Northern Ireland most affected by terrorist violence can now apply for grants aimed at encouraging environmentally sensitive countryside management.

Grant rates of up to 80% of project costs are available under the farm and countryside enhancement scheme which has a £4.25m budget – 75% of which will be funded by the EU. &#42
