Polish Solidarity promises talks with farmers

THE Solidarity Electoral Alliance (AWS) promised to enter preliminary coalition talks with the farmers party (PSL) in Poland and the right-wing Movement for the Reconstruction of Poland (ROP), following this weeks General Election.

AWS has won 34% of the vote, according to exit polls and partial results, although the final result of the election is not expected until later this week.
