SPALDINGS has expanded its range of workshop equipment with the introduction of a portable water pump.

Using a 30cc two-stroke petrol engine, the pump assembly has a capacity of 150 litres/min. It is said to be capable of pumping water up to a maximum head of 35m (114ft), and drawing water from a maximum of 7m (23ft).

Mounted on a plastic base with rubber shock absorbing blocks, the portable water pump costs £198. (01522-500600).
