Prescott confirms countryside to absorb new homes

JOHN PRESCOTT has confirmed that the countryside will still have to absorb new homes.

The deputy prime minister made the announcement after unveiling a white paper on urban policy. The burden of the paper was concerned with plans for redeveloping towns and cities.
