Profits fall at Anglo-Eastern Plantations

A FALL in oil production and a tax on palm oil exports from Indonesia contributed to a 28% fall in 1998 pre-tax profits at Anglo-Eastern Plantations.

Turnover fell from £15 million to £9m, the turnover emerged at £5.82m.
