Protective clothes

are chain-clogging

CHAINSAW protective jackets, leggings and gaiters using the chain clogging principle, are now available from Fujikura Europe (FEL).

Working from the neck down, the jacket (£95) incorporates a multi-layered thickness of chain clogging fabric to the shoulder yoke and outer sleeve areas. Design features include zip front fastening, knitted cuffs, quarter elasticated waist, extended lower back panel and two inside pockets.

Knees, thighs and legs are protected by the FEL trousers (£89), which also come with a patented knee flex "pouch" for full movement and reduced muscle fatigue.

Completing the FEL line-up are mittens (£20) and foot/ankle gaiters (£39), which are designed for wearing with approved safety boots (01373-825582).
