Rat rampage pushes moggies off Vietnams menus…


VIETNAMs agriculture ministry has banned the sale of cat-meat and outlawed exports of the meat to China because of a growing rat problem.


The rodent population is booming after a series of bumper crops. The national appetite for snake and cat meat, is exacerbating the problem.


It is now suggested people should eat rats instead.
