Rents up again

RENTS leapt up again this spring, latest figures from agents Strutt and Parker reveal.

The firms survey of 134 traditional farm tenancies show rents typically rose over 25% at Lady Day (Mar 25). That was marginally more than a year earlier – but well below the 40% increase of last Michaelmas (Sept 29).
