Right to roam faces delay
PRESSURE on the governments programme has forced it to delay its promised right to roam legislation by up to a year.
Deputy Prime Minister John Prescott has been unable to secure a spot in the next parliamentary programme for the measure.
Mr Prescott has secured a promise that a draft Bill will be published during the next session.
