Robust time clock turns on hot water

PROVIDE hot water for bulk tank washing every other day with a 48-hour time clock, says manufacturer Loheat.

Suitable for most tank washer heaters, it is said to be easy to install and robust. It is designed to switch at 30min intervals over the full 48-hours for dairy units on every-other-day milk collection.

Models for single and three-phase heaters up to 12kw are available, costing £99 each (01488-682244).
