Roof coatings keep out winters worst

WEATHERPROOF those barn roofs with Tecnishields latest protective coatings called, aptly enough, Roofshield.

Available in three grades, the coatings can be applied by brush, roller or spray and are claimed to be fast drying.

Roofshield-EG is suitable for felt roofs and corrugated tin, Roofshield-RS is a heavier-duty material for cracked and damaged roofs, while Roofshield-XL is a coloured acrylic plastic coating for renovating metal and asbestos clad roofs.
