RSPCA confirms hunting opposition
THE RSPCAs governing council has confirmed its opposition to hunting despite a defeat by pro-hunting members in a vote at the societys annual meeting last weekend.
The council has passed a resolution which says that its campaign to ban hare coursing, fox, deer and mink hunting with dogs would continue.
The council also noted the “organised attendance” of hunt supporters at its annual meeting.
