Safer ignition on driers fitted with three jets
THE latest gas-fired mobile driers from Master Driers are fitted with a new burner design which uses three jets – an arrangement which is claimed to give safer ignition due to the smaller quantity of gas on the first flame which is responsible for 30% of the heat – 37% for the second and 33% for the third.
The third flame is automatically controlled and the second, if required, can be turned off. In this way, it is possible to thermostatically control 67% or 100% of the heat available and, as a result, help when low temperature drying is required, says Master Driers.
The company has also enhanced burner performance and safety by siting the vapouriser 25cm away from the burner head. It operates in conjunction with an adjustable deflector designed to ensure maximum performance from the vapouriser.
Driers are available in capacities from 5t-55t with prices starting at £14,600. *
New gas burner systems for Master Driers mobile driers result in greater safety and better temperature control, says the firm.
