Scots event off

THE latest event to be cancelled due to the foot-and-mouth crisis is the Royal Northern Crops and the Environment 2001 event, due to be held at Muirton of Barra, Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, on June 27. The organisers, the Royal Northern Agricultural Society, hope the event will run in 2002.
