Shake-up at Bernard Matthews

TURKEY giant Bernard Matthews is transferring its food operation to a wholly-owned subsidiary called Bernard Matthews Foods.

The shake-up is designed to simplify the companys structure.

Intellectual property rights and financing operations will stay within the quoted parent company, Bernard Matthews plc.
