Software keeps beef records tagged
KEEP on top of beef recording and movements with InterBeef, a new software package launched by Agrisoft.
The package is said to provide on-farm management reports for suckler and finishing enterprises, which include weight gain analysis, herd health, fertility and carcass classification data.
Data can be input manually or by using an electronic reader, where cattle are electronically tagged. Movement and passport applications can also be sent from the package direct to BCMS via e-mail, says Agrisoft.
Copies of InterBeef also include the InterPremium module – which deals with Agenda 2000 – free of charge. InterBeef costs £425 (01423-851351, fax 01423-851384).
