Soya-rich bread for launch next month

SOYA is to get a boost next month as a natural remedy for the symptoms of the menopause.

Allied bakeries is to launch soya-rich bread, first developed in Australia. It supplements wheat flour with soya flour and linseed oil. They are both rich in plant oestrogen, which acts like female hormones.
