The end of quota and the end of the small farmer?

The end of quota — and the end of the small farmer?

IF quotas are removed in 2006, surely it would spell the end of the
small man.

Quotas, like em or not, prop up the milk price by reducing supply. The
large, 150+ herd may be able to survive at 16ppl, but can a man with 50 cows?

Thousands of pounds of assets would be stripped off balance sheets overnight – can that be good?
