Wildlife Charter

CONSERVATION groups have joined forces to call on government to improve the legal protection for wildlife.

The Wildlife Charter, endorsed by 22 different groups, calls for new laws and tougher penalties to protect sites of special scientific interest from illegal damage, and for better protection of important species and conservation areas.
