
The Welsh Assembly Government has lost a courtroom battle on the legality of a badger culling trial to combat bovine tuberculosis.
Three appeal court judges in Cardiff upheld a challenge by The Badger Trust to overturn an earlier decision which ruled in favour of a cull.
The move means the assembly government will have to rethink its TB Eradication programme in Wales.
