The prop, who now plays for rugby side London Wasps after an 11-year spell with Gloucester RFC, is selling 80 acres of pastureland as Part Killock Farm, near Bude in Cornwall.

There is 15,000sq ft of modern steel-framed farm buildings plus a range of early-Victorian stone barns, which could be converted into residential use, subject to the necessary planning consent.

The land has amenity value as well as agricultural, with access from the main A39 near the county border with Devon.

Barry Hutchinson of agent Hamiltons, said: “Killoock Farm is in a very beautiful part of the country and presents a multitude of options to a wide variety of potential purchasers.”

Hamiltons has lotted the property four ways with a guide price of £535,000 for the whole.
