Due to a waterlogged venue the Go-Till event at the Co-Operative Farms, Ashby St. Ledgers, near Rugby, Warwickshire planned for Friday (6 July) has been cancelled.

Andy Newbold, events director at Fusion Events, said the field intended to host the event was flooded.

“We’ve been in consultation with the farm manager today (2 July) and, even if the sun shines all week we don’t foresee the site being suitable for Friday’s event.  The field is saturated, the drains are running at full capacity and more rain is forecast,” Mr Newbold said.

The event will be re-scheduled for next year, he added.
