A new cleaning nozzle that offers to get agchem containers clean faster, more reliably and with less water is a key feature at the Hypro stand at Cereals this year.

The ProClean nozzle, which will be demonstrated on the stand, is said to distribute the cleaning jet over all inner container surfaces so no “blind spots” escape. It is designed specifically for cleaning agrochemical residues and rotates relatively slowly to generate stronger cleaning jets.

Product manager Roger James says: “Good container cleaning is now essential as empty containers can no longer be disposed of on farm. Recyclers insist on a ‘triple rinse’ standard.”
