Accurate nutrient management is the Glenside Group’s key message at Cereals.

Farmers using the company’s Albrecht Soil Survey can, says Glenside, get a very accurate picture of their soil’s chemical, physical and biological state, and adjust their agronomy accordingly.

By ensuring the soil is in optimal health – with no imbalances to lock up nutrients/micro-nutrients and trace elements – farmers can often achieve significant reductions in fertiliser requirements – by 30%-50% in some instances, says Glenside. “At current fertiliser prices that is a massive saving.”
