Bare land offerings in Devon and Cambridgeshire
Almost 190 acres of arable and pasture on the edge of Exeter is on the market for £1m.
The land at Cowley is made up of more than 96 acres of arable, almost 63 acres of grassland and 30 acres of mixed broadleaf woodland, which is spread around the total acreage. Field sizes are good on the level and gently sloping land.

Bare land also comes to the market in Cambridgeshire this week with the sale of part of Nixhill Farm at Wimblington.
At almost 111 acres, this Grade 2 and 3 arable land is for sale as a whole for more than £830,000 or in two lots.
Owned by the Yardy family for many years, the land comes to the market following division of the farm, which lies just south of March in the Cambridgeshire Fens.
The first lot, at more than 77 acres, is in three adjoining fields and is generally level Grade 2 with some Grade 3.
The soils are mainly Efford 1 Series overlying March Gravels and Ampthill Clay and are growing winter beans and winter wheat after oilseed rape. The guide is in excess of £590,000.
Two fields form lot two, which is generally level Grade 3 and with Efford 1 Series soils overlying Nordelph Peat and Ampthill Clay. Selling agent Alexanders has set a guide price of more than £240,000 for this lot.
This land is in oilseed rape and winter wheat after winter wheat and winter beans in 2011 and 2012.
