Border block deal

In an area where few large blocks of bare land come up, Charles Clarke has lotted 88ha (218 acres) on the Kent/Sussex border eight ways.

The land – at Hobbs Hill Farm, Blackham, near Tunbridge Wells – is a mix of arable, pasture, woodland and water meadows.

The main lots range from 34ha (92.5 acres) of arable land at £525,000 to 3.2ha (8.7 acres) of water meadows with stream frontage at £90,000.
