Double Nottinghamshire offering

Two Nottinghamshire farms come to the market this week with Fisher German. Kingstand Farm at Ollerton near Newark is a mixed arable and former pig farm on Bunter sandstone soil, with development potential.

The 49.5ha (122-acre) holding is for sale as a whole by private treaty or in two lots, for offers of more than £1m. It has a five-bedroom farmhouse and a two-bedroom bungalow.

White House Farm at Little Gringley near Retford is a grade 3 mixed arable and grass land holding with a four-bedroom house. It has a good range of stock and arable buildings to support its 56ha (139 acres) of land.
