First-time buy in Carmarthenshire

Bryngwyn Farm at Gorslas near Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, is believed to be on the open market for the first time ever, having last been sold by the Grove Estate to its then sitting tenant in the late 1880s.

The 108.5ha (268-acre) grassland holding has a three-bedroom stone farmhouse along with a good range of traditional and modern farm buildings. The farm is being sold by informal tender as a whole or in three lots of between 10 and 154 acres.
