A panel of legal and financial experts will be logging on to FWi on Tuesday 1 October for an exclusive Q&A about farm succession.
Attorney and leading farm succession advisor John Baker will be logging on to fwi.co.uk all the way from Iowa in the USA to answer your questions on succession issues. Joining him on the panel are:
- Keith Barriball from land agent Smith Gore
- Lawyer Nicola Neilson of Latimer Hinks
- Accountant Mark Chatterton from Duncan & Toplis
This is a unique opportunity to get to get one-to-one advice on issues around farm succession – from bringing in a new partner and how to hand over management responsibility to the tax implications of transferring land.
