Lincolnshire retirement creates opportunities

Retirement brings contract farming and tenancy opportunities in Lincolnshire.

Yucca and Whitehaven Farms on the edge of Horncastle total 440 acres and will be let on a five-year farm business tenancy as a whole or in two lots. These offer bare Grade 2 and 3 arable land and have 11m gallons of irrigation, root and field vegetable potential as well as 60 acres of well-established miscanthus on contract to Drax.
