Wide range of smaller farms across Britain come to market

England, Wales and Scotland have seen a number of smaller arable and livestock holdings come to the market as autumn proceeds.

Dairy units, versatile properties and productive blocks of land are also on offer from Perth to Pembrokeshire and Devon.

This year’s prolonged uncertainty over Brexit and future farm policy has kept the market tight, with supply down 40% on this time in 2018, but demand remains as strong as ever.
