Deputy president is beef and sheep farmer John Davies, of Merthyr Cynog, Brecon, who also runs silage contracting and holiday accommodation businesses.
The presidency was unopposed but there were two contenders for the post of deputy president. John Owen, the union’s less favoured area board chairman, also stood for election.
