Photo of the week: Feeding cattle defeats Spider-Man

We thought Spider-Man had super-human abilities – but feeding cattle has clearly defeated our hero this time.

Behind the mask is four-year-old Jack Whitehouse, who was clearly exhausted by helping out on the farm.

The photo was taken by grand-mum Helen Whitehouse on the family’s beef and arable farm, Gayhill Farm in Kings Norton, Birmingham.

Helen has been farming all her life, and grew up on her dad’s dairy farm. Her son is the fourth-generation farming at Gayhill Farm.

If Jack and his brother Daniel carry on the farming business, they will be the fifth generation – although for the moment, our four-year-old Spider-Man has other things on his mind.
