Kent bare land will draw buyers
A large block of bare land will draw interest in West Kent, where very little farmland has come to the market this year.
The 89 acres of pasture near Penshurst includes fishing rights on the River Medway and a fenced livestock handling area with a silage storage area. It also includes a good range of modern farm buildings which extends to 9389sq ft.
“There is very little on the market in the south east that compares to this block of land and we are undoubtedly going to receive significant interest from farmers and lifestyle buyers alike,” said agent Chris Spofforth from Savills.
“Both the land and buildings have been extremely well looked after and the additional income from the let fishing rights is a plus.” The land has a guide price of ÂŁ750,000. (Savills 01444 446 066)
