Kubota champions farmer wellbeing through Britain’s Fittest Farmer

British farmers face significant challenges, including unpredictable weather, long hours, rising production costs, and isolation.

Kubota UK, a leading agricultural machinery manufacturer, proudly supports Britain’s Fittest Farmer – a competition that identifies four champions to promote health and wellbeing in the farming community.

Throughout the summer, farmers take part in qualifying heats at three major agricultural shows.

The competition culminates in a final round of interviews, assessing mental health awareness in collaboration with charity partner the Farming Community Network (FCN).

This initiative not only encourages physical fitness but also fosters open, honest conversations about farmers’ mental and emotional wellbeing.
