Shropshire pasture offers expansion

Shropshire farm businesses have the chance to expand with the auction of several parcels of pastureland on 25 October.

Halls is selling 49 acres of land at Argoed, Kinnerley, near Oswestry in four lots with guide prices from £4000 to £8500/acre. Each lot has good road access, says the agent.

At Rosedene, Horderley, near Craven Arms, 32 acres of grassland land in the Entry Level Scheme has a guide price of £4500-5000/acre.
