Dyson Farming opens applications for 2026 work experience

Dyson Farming has opened applications for its Summer Series 2026 programme, offering an immersive week-long work experience for people aged 18 and over from 6-10 July.

The Summer Series will give eight participants from a range of backgrounds the opportunity to experience life across Dyson Farming.

The family-owned business operates at scale across food production, energy, research, technology, property and the environment.

The programme is aimed at school and college leavers, undergraduates and graduates.

During the week, participants will spend time with experts from across the business to understand how different departments contribute to Dyson Farming’s operations and future developments.

The group will be split into two teams to work on a project based on information gathered throughout the week, which will be presented to a panel of Dyson Farming staff on the final day.

Dyson Farming describes its vision as benefiting future generations through commercially viable and environmentally sustainable food production, with a focus on efficient, carbon-neutral and high-technology agriculture supported by research and development.

Participants must be aged 18 or over, able to travel to site, comply with health and safety requirements, and be available for the full programme.

Accommodation will be provided for those living more than 30 miles from Nocton, Lincolnshire.

The programme is designed to develop skills including teamwork, problem-solving and communication, while providing hands-on experience across departments.

Previous participants have progressed into longer-term roles within the business.

Participants describe the experience as: “Inspiring. Collaborative. Diverse.”

Applications for the Summer Series 2026 programme close on 30 April 2026.
