Coventry dairy unit enters market

Howkins & Harrison’s Jeff Paybody is selling Tolldish Hall Farm at Parrots Grove, near Coventry, for £1.25m-£1.35m.

The 105-acre former dairy unit has been owned by three generations of the Milner family and includes a Grade II listed farmhouse and a three-bed cottage.

Mr and Mrs Milner are leaving the area with their cattle and sheep to start a new farming and holiday business in Devon.

Mr Paybody has split the sale into five lots and said it could appeal to somebody wanting a working farm or equestrian centre.

There was also the potential to develop the buildings for storage or light industrial use, he added.
