Leading trade was Richaven Doorman Adrieene a daughter of the All Britain winner Richaven Goldwyn Adrienne Ex95 who is giving 69kgs a day and is on her way to 100t of milk in five lactations. Bidders from England, Scotland, Ireland, Luxemburg and Germany battled to secure this special heifer, but the winning bid of 7,000gns was from an undisclosed buyer in Wales.

Next in the money at 6,000gns was the October 2014 born Richaven Sammy Rebecca, who is out of Richaven Rapture Rebecca Ex93 and has been reserve champion at UK Dairy Expo for the past two years. Sammy is her only daughter sired by Gen-I-Beq Sammy and was purchased by Ian Cannon, Lanark, Scotland.

Val-Bisson Doorman is currently one of the hottest sires in the world today and selling for 5,500gns was one of his daughters Richaven Doorman Dellia. Her pedigree was world class, bred from an Excellent 93 Goldwyn cow and going back to the Ex95 Snow-N Denises Dellia. She now joins the herd of I Gilmour, Humeston Farm, Ayrshire.

Keen bidder Anthony Grimshaw, Harricroft Farm, Bolton, was digging deep in to his pockets to secure the next three highest lots. The best of his trio was the September 2014 born Richaven Shadow Stocking selling for 5,200gns. This elegant, heifer has all the makings of an All Britain winner with her super dairy frame and silky hide. He also went on to buy Richaven Wind Adrienne for 3,800gns and Richaven Explode Squaw for 3,000gns.
