Carlisle Beltex championship awarded

Championship honours in the Beltex here at Carlisle have gone to John Barclay with his shearling tup Beachy Norman, a Clary Kaiser Chief son out of a Brickrow High and Dry daughter.

Reserve overall was the female champion shearling ewe Clary Nutshell from Jock McMillan. She is also by Kaiser Chief and is out of a Cookstown Hamish daughter.

Reserve male was the second prize shearling tup Ardstewart Nice Lad from the McCrabbes. Reserve female was second prize shearling ewe Artnagullion Nigella from Elizabeth McAllister.
