Dragon Blues David sells at 11,000gns
The first prize winner from class 6, Dragon Blues David (lot 50) from Geraint and Kim Williams has just knocked down at 11,000gns. By the noted sire Dafydd, he is out of the Hazelwood freshman daughter Hazelwood Petal. He carries a carcass index of 16 and a pedigree breeding index of 22. He sold to Messrs Nelson, Lancaster.
Shortly after that the second prize winner Tamhorn Dynamite (lot 57) from Danny and Jane Wyllie has knocked down at 13,000gns to Harry Emslie and Lynwen Evans. Dynamite is by Ballygrange Alex and is out of Tamhorn Winifred, who is a Baron daughter out of Norbreck Kitty.
And continuing a very strong run of senior bulls is the first prize Droit Denver from Richard Mowbray. This one is by Gitan and is out of Annanwater Verona, he sold at 11,000gns to Messrs Hall.
