Early Aberdeen Angus results from Perth
The senior classes have now been completed in the Angus bulls this morning at Perth, with the tickets awarded in all eight senior classes.
Taking the first red card were Messrs Rhind with Newton-Struthers Romeo a son of Retnach Pirate. Second in this class were Mr and Mrs J Price with Oakchurch Dominator and third went to Mrs Holliday with Dacre Entertainer, a Rawburn Duke Argyll son.
In the second class it was John Lascelles who took the top ticket with his TLA Northern Samurai son Balmachie Kiwi Sam, second were Messrs McLaren, with Netherton Eshton, a The Moss Mr Eshton son and third was David Walker with Belhaven Barnsness, a Wedderlie Netmark son.
The third class went to Wanda Hobbs with Ellin Evermore by Wedderlie Net Profit. Second were Messrs Campbell with Wedderlie Kaveat, a Wedderlie Blackadder son and third was Iain McGillivray with Sorn Faeroe, a Rawburn Rochester son.
For the fourth class it was Neil Massie’s Blelack herd which took the top spot with Blelack Juryman, a Blelack Blackstock son. Taking second place were the Massies again with Blelack Woodpecker, a Blelack Blackstock son, in third was David Lucas with Cheeklaw Ellard a son of Cheeklaw Luke.
In the final senior class it was Neil Wattie which took the lead with Tonley Ergos, a Tonley Annand son. Second here went to Donald Biggar with Chapelton Evocation a Chapelton Dark Major son and third was John Moores with The Moss Kingswood, a Haymount Warlord son.
