Greenmount college to disperse LIMO herd

Away from the excitement of today’s Texel sale at Lanark, news has just reached me of the upcoming dispersal of the LIMO herd of Limousins by Greenmount College, Northern Ireland.

The herd, which was set up in 1997 in conjunction with the British Limousin Society, is to be sold at Ballymena market on 7 October and includes some of the breed’s leading lines.
