Holsteins to 2600gns at Sedgemoor

The dispersal of Messrs Bryant’s milking portion of their 8000kg commercial herd saw trade top at 2600gns for one by Olympian Sterling. This non-registered entry calved in July and was giving 40kg a day.

Next best was a pedigree second calver Rexworthy Queen 198, an Elite Mountain Donor daughter. And at 2250gns was another second calver Hazelden GM Eclipse, she’s a Gillette Merrick daughter out of a 13,000kg dam.

Calved heifers sold to 2200gns for an Okendo daughter out of a 10,000kg dam.
